You need just 2 ingredients: chocolate and warm heavy cream. <\/p>\n<p>You can chop up a chocolate baking bar, or if you have high-quality chocolate chips (such as Guittard brand or these fancy <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4lwLTQ7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Belgian chocolate chips<\/a>), those will work here too. This is how we start <a href=\"https:\/\/sallysbakingaddiction.com\/pistachio-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pistachio cookies<\/a>, too. After grinding, you\u2019re looking for a powdery, crumbly consistency. Let cool completely before grinding.<\/p>\n<p>This ice cream base comes from the Martha Stewart\u2019s popular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marthastewart.com\/355960\/no-churn-vanilla-ice-cream\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"false noopener\">no-churn method<\/a>, and it\u2019s simply 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 cups (1 pint) of heavy cream.
