It\u2019s a rye bread made with stout giving it a really delicious flavour. The crust could be a little crispier but the middle is super soft and fluffy. You can see it took my score marks under advisement but decided to do its own thing, I think a result of the dough not being a uniform ball, maybe it needed to be kneaded for longer at the start to get a bit more elasticity?
