Love the flavour and slightly gooey texture added by the ube jam. Less in your face flavour, but a fun colour in the end! Pretty basic recipe<\/p>\n

Recipe<\/h1>\n

1 1\/2 cup whole milk 1 1\/2 cup heavy\/whipping cream 3\/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1\/2 tea spoon ube extract 1\/2 cup ube jam<\/p>\n

  1. Beat eggs and milk in saucepan<\/li>\n
  2. Add sugar and ube extract<\/li>\n
  3. Heat and stir constantly to 170 F<\/li>\n
  4. Wait til cool, then add cream<\/li>\n
  5. Fridge over night<\/li>\n
  6. Add ube jam and in Donvier ice cream maker<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n
