Banana Split Cupcakes

Wanted to do some elevated Banana Split Cupcakes so here’s what I came up with..Strawberry cake w/ tart strawberry filling and also a Banana Custard filling w/ pineapple compote topping w/ Dark Chocolate ganache frosting and Vanilla Buttercream frosting w/ a maraschino cherry and sprinkles. Whew!! Labor intensive is an understatement but.. These are so worth it. They take you back to a simpler time but are elevated I designed these so that you get all the flavors of a Banana Split in every bite. Man are they good.
