I wanted to experiment a bit to give my girlfriend what she wanted, they didn’t have to be sweet, so I tried to balance it out without using straight sugar. I ended up blending red beans (taking inspiration from korean sweets), peanut butter and dates for consistency, shreaded coconout for sweetness, finish everything with crushed toasted nuts and a drizzle of dark chocolate..thought it was worth sharing, because strainght from the fridge they taste very good actually, not sweet at all, packed woth good proteins as well. submitted by /u/cesko_ita_knives |
